本《用户协议》（以下简称"本协议"，亦即最终用户许可协议 EULA）由您（以下简称"用户"或"您"）与四川聿嘉睿软件科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"或"公司"）就您下载、安装和使用 PastePal 应用（以下简称"本应用"）而订立。
当您下载、安装、访问或使用本应用时，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部条款。若您不同意本协议的任何内容，请勿下载、安装或使用本应用。
若您是未成年人，请在监护人的陪同下阅读本协议，并在取得监护人同意后使用本应用。您使用本应用的行为即视为您的监护人已同意本协议。
在您遵守本协议及 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议 的前提下，我们授予您一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、不可再许可的许可，允许您：
本许可不赋予您对本应用源代码、底层算法或技术架构的任何权利。您不得对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译、反汇编或以其他方式尝试获取源代码，但适用法律明确允许的除外。
使用本应用时，您承诺不会进行以下行为：
本应用及其所有组成部分（包括但不限于软件代码、界面设计、图标、文字、算法）的知识产权均归我们所有，受中华人民共和国著作权法及相关国际条约保护。
您使用本应用过程中产生的剪贴板历史、颜色标签、收藏等数据归您所有，存储于您的本地设备，并在您启用时通过 iCloud 在您 Apple ID 名下的设备间同步。我们不对您的数据主张任何权利。
本应用可能包含开源软件组件，相关组件的使用遵循其各自的开源许可证条款。
PastePal 的核心设计原则是：您的剪贴板内容和个人数据尽可能留在您的设备本地，未经您的明确许可不会离开您的设备。所有剪贴板记录、搜索与展示均在您的 Mac 上本地完成；iCloud 同步为可选项，启用后使用 AES-GCM 端到端加密，密钥仅保存在本机 Keychain。
我们处理个人信息的方式以《PastePal 隐私政策》为准。
本应用按"现状"提供，我们不就本应用作出任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权的保证。
我们不保证本应用在所有设备上的运行完全稳定、无错误或不受干扰，也不保证剪贴板历史记录或搜索结果的完全准确。您应自行评估本应用的适用性，并对您依赖本应用结果所做的决策自行承担风险。
本应用依赖 macOS 系统的剪贴板、辅助功能、iCloud 等系统服务。因系统服务变更、权限撤销、系统升级或其他非我们可控原因导致的功能异常，我们不承担责任。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害（包括但不限于数据丢失、利润损失、业务中断），我们均不承担责任。
由于本应用为一次性付费买断应用，我们对您承担的累计赔偿责任，以您实际向我们支付的购买费用为限。
出现以下情形时，我们有权暂停或终止向您提供本应用及相关服务：
协议终止后，您应停止使用本应用并删除本应用的所有副本。终止不影响终止前已产生的权利义务，也不影响我们依据适用法律应享有的权利。已支付的购买费用除法律另有规定外不予退还。
我们可能适时修订本协议。重大变更（特别是涉及用户权利、隐私条款或责任限制的变更）将在生效前以合理方式（应用内通知、官方网站公告等）通知您。
修订后的协议生效后，您继续使用本应用的，视为接受修订后的协议。若您不同意修订内容，请停止使用本应用并按第 4 条申请退款（在法律与 Apple 政策允许的范围内）。
本协议的订立、效力、解释、履行及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（不含香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区法律）。
因本协议或本应用引起的或与之相关的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方均有权向公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

This End User License Agreement ("this Agreement", also the EULA) is entered into between you (the "User" or "you") and Sichuan Yujia Rui Software Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or the "Company") regarding your download, installation, and use of the PastePal application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.
If you are a minor, please read this Agreement under the guidance of your guardian and use the App only with your guardian's consent. Your use of the App constitutes your guardian's agreement to this Agreement.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
This license does not grant you any rights to the App's source code, underlying algorithms, or technical architecture. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
When using the App, you agree not to:
All intellectual property rights in the App and its components (including but not limited to software code, interface design, icons, text, and algorithms) are owned by us and protected by the copyright laws of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties.
Clipboard history, color tags, favorites, and other data generated during your use of the App belong to you, are stored on your local device, and — when enabled — sync across devices under your Apple ID via iCloud. We do not claim any rights to your data.
The App may contain open-source software components, which are used in accordance with their respective open-source licenses.
PastePal's core design principle is that your clipboard contents and personal data stay on your device whenever possible and never leave your device without your explicit permission. All clipboard recording, searching, and display happen locally on your Mac; iCloud sync is optional and, when enabled, uses AES-GCM end-to-end encryption with the key stored only in the local Keychain.
Our handling of personal information is governed by the PastePal Privacy Policy.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the App, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will operate entirely stable, error-free, or without interruption on all devices, nor do we guarantee that clipboard history or search results will be completely accurate. You should assess the suitability of the App yourself and bear the risk of any decisions made based on the App's results.
The App relies on macOS system services including Clipboard, Accessibility, and iCloud. We are not liable for functional anomalies caused by system service changes, permission revocation, system upgrades, or other factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
As the App is a paid one-time purchase, our cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price you actually paid to us.
We may suspend or terminate the App and related services provided to you in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all copies of the App. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued before termination, nor does it affect our rights under applicable law. The purchase price already paid is non-refundable except as required by law.
We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Material changes (especially those affecting user rights, privacy terms, or liability limits) will be communicated to you in a reasonable manner (in-app notifications, official website announcements, etc.) before they take effect.
After the revised Agreement takes effect, your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revisions, please stop using the App and request a refund under Section 4 (within the limits allowed by law and Apple's policies).
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan).
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or the App shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a people's court with jurisdiction in the location of the Company.
