Span 是一款极简的生命倒计时应用。我们的核心设计原则是：不设任何自有服务器，不发起任何网络请求，您在应用内填写的全部内容只保存在您自己的设备上，我们无法访问。请您在使用 Span（以下简称"本应用"）前，仔细阅读并充分理解本隐私政策。

为了让倒计时正确显示，本应用会在您的设备本地保存以下内容。这些内容不会离开您的设备，我们无法读取。

以上内容通过 Apple 提供的 UserDefaults 机制保存在本机应用沙盒内，受 iOS 系统级隔离与设备加密保护。

二、网络与权限

  1. 网络：本应用不发起任何网络请求，可完全离线使用，飞行模式下功能完整；
  2. 相册：本应用不读取您的相册。当您选择保存分享海报时，图片会交给 iOS 系统分享面板处理，"存储图像"这一写入动作由系统完成；
  3. 其他权限：本应用不申请相机、麦克风、定位、通讯录、日历、健康、剪贴板等任何敏感权限。

三、信息的使用方式

我们仅在实现下述目的所必需的范围内使用上述本地数据：

  1. 根据您的出生日期与预期寿命计算倒计时数值与格子状态；
  2. 在标题与分享海报上显示您填写的昵称；
  3. 记住您上次使用的视角与语言。

我们不会将您的任何信息用于广告、用户画像、营销或其他与上述功能无关的目的。

四、信息的共享、转让与公开披露

  1. 我们不向任何第三方共享、转让或公开披露您的任何信息——由于本应用不存在网络传输，我们在技术上也无法获取这些信息；
  2. 本应用不包含任何第三方 SDK；
  3. 唯一的例外是：当您主动点击"保存图片"时，生成的图片内容由您自己决定通过 iOS 系统分享面板发送给谁、发送到哪个应用，该行为完全在您的控制之下。

五、信息的存储与保护

1. 存储地点与期限

上述全部数据仅保存在您的设备本地，随应用沙盒保存，直至您主动删除：在应用内的设置面板点击"重置"可恢复为默认值；删除本应用，相关数据会随应用沙盒一并被 iOS 系统清除。我们没有任何服务器参与存储。

依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》《中华人民共和国网络安全法》以及您所在司法辖区的适用法律，您有权访问、更正、删除您的个人信息，并有权撤回同意。在本应用中，这些权利可以直接行使，无需经过我们：

  1. 访问与更正：在应用内的设置面板查看并修改昵称、出生日期与预期寿命；
  2. 删除：点击设置面板的"重置"，或直接删除本应用，即可清除全部本地数据；
  3. 由于我们并非您个人信息的处理者（我们不接收、不存储您的任何个人信息），上述权利无需向我们申请即可完成。

七、未成年人保护

本应用为时间可视化工具，不面向儿童设计，也不收集任何年龄信息。由于本应用不收集任何个人信息，未成年人使用与其他用户完全一致，不存在额外的信息风险。若您是未成年人的监护人并对此有任何疑问，欢迎通过下方方式联系我们。

八、本政策的更新

我们可能适时对本隐私政策进行修订。若未来功能变化导致数据处理方式发生变化（例如新增云同步），我们会在更新本政策的同时，同步修改 App Store 页面上的隐私说明与隐私标签；重大变更将在本页面顶部标注新的生效日期。政策更新后继续使用本应用，即表示您接受更新后的政策。

Sichuan Yujiarui Software Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") recognizes the importance of your personal information and is committed to protecting it to the best of our ability. We adhere to the following principles when handling your personal information: accountability, purpose limitation, consent, data minimization, security, user participation, and transparency.

Span is a minimal life countdown app. Our core design principle is that we run no servers of our own and make no network requests at all: everything you enter in the app stays on your own device, and we have no way to access it. Please read and fully understand this Privacy Policy before using Span (the "App").

To display the countdown correctly, the App stores the following on your device only. None of it leaves your device, and we cannot read it.

This information is stored inside the App's sandbox on your device using Apple's UserDefaults mechanism, protected by iOS system-level sandbox isolation and device encryption.

2. Network and Permissions

  1. Network: the App makes no network requests at all. It works fully offline, with complete functionality in Airplane Mode;
  2. Photos: the App does not read your photo library. When you choose to save a share poster, the image is handed to the iOS system share sheet, and the actual write is performed by the system's "Save Image" feature;
  3. Other permissions: the App requests no camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, health, or clipboard access.

3. How Information Is Used

We use the local data described above only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

  1. Computing the countdown values and grid states from your birth date and life expectancy;
  2. Displaying the nickname you entered in the title and on the share poster;
  3. Remembering the view and language you last used.

We do not use any of your information for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the features above.

4. Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure

  1. We do not share, transfer, or publicly disclose any of your information to any third party — because the App performs no network transmission, we are technically unable to access it;
  2. The App contains no third-party SDKs;
  3. The only exception is when you actively tap "Save Image": you decide who receives the generated image and through which app, via the iOS system share sheet. That action is entirely under your control.

5. Storage and Security

5.1 Where and How Long

All of the data described above is stored on your device only, inside the app sandbox, until you delete it: tapping "Reset" in the App's settings sheet restores the defaults, and deleting the App removes all of it together with the app sandbox. We run no servers involved in storage.

Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, and the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. In this App those rights can be exercised directly, without contacting us:

  1. Access and correction: view and edit your nickname, birth date, and life expectancy in the App's settings sheet;
  2. Deletion: tap "Reset" in the settings sheet, or simply delete the App to erase all local data;
  3. Because we are not a processor of your personal information (we neither receive nor store any of it), the rights above can be exercised without any request to us.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is a time-visualization tool. It is not designed for children and does not collect any age information. Because it collects no personal information at all, use by minors carries no additional information risk. If you are a guardian with any questions, please contact us using the details below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If future changes to the App affect how data is handled — for example, if cloud sync is introduced — we will update this policy together with the privacy details and privacy label on the App Store page. Material changes will be marked by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
