本协议由您（"用户"）与四川聿嘉睿软件科技有限公司（"我们"）就 PureSpace（macOS 本地清理与卸载工具）的 PureSpace Pro 自动续费订阅服务订立。请在购买前仔细阅读，特别是自动续费、试用转付费与取消相关的条款。

This Agreement is entered into between you ("User") and Sichuan Yujiarui Software Technology Co., Ltd. ("we/us") regarding the PureSpace Pro auto-renewable subscription for PureSpace, a local cleaner and uninstaller for macOS. Please read carefully before purchasing, especially the clauses on auto-renewal, trial conversion and cancellation.

Prices above are USD reference prices. The actual charge currency and amount shown on your App Store storefront at the time of purchase prevail.
PureSpace 的基础清理与磁盘分析功能永久免费，无需订阅；Pro 订阅解锁应用卸载器、重复文件查找、过期下载清理与操作日志等高级功能。
Basic cleaning and disk analysis in PureSpace are free forever and require no subscription; Pro unlocks the app uninstaller, duplicate finder, stale download cleanup and operation log.
Pro 终身为一次性买断（非消耗型内购），付款一次即可永久使用，不涉及自动续费、不适用第 3 条至第 5 条关于自动续费与价格调整的约定。
Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase (non-consumable in-app purchase). A single payment unlocks it permanently; it does not involve auto-renewal and Clauses 3–5 on auto-renewal and price changes do not apply to it.

02免费试用FREE TRIAL

首次订阅 PureSpace Pro 包月或包年的用户可享受 7 天免费试用。试用期内不会收取费用。
First-time subscribers to PureSpace Pro Monthly or Yearly receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period.
试用结束前未取消的，试用将自动转为所选方案的付费订阅，并按第 3 条在试用结束时收取首个周期费用。
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts into a paid subscription of the selected plan, and the first period will be charged at the end of the trial as described in Section 3.
在试用期内购买正式订阅或终身买断的，未使用的试用期间部分（如有）即行作废。
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription or the lifetime plan.
每个 Apple ID 仅可享受一次免费试用；包月与包年的试用期不叠加。
Only one free trial per Apple ID; trials for Monthly and Yearly do not stack.
Pro 终身买断不提供免费试用。
No free trial is offered for the Pro Lifetime purchase.

03付款与自动续费规则PAYMENT & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

购买确认后，费用将计入您的 Apple ID 账户。
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
除非在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅将自动续费。
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
续订费用将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内计入您的账户，金额与所选方案价格一致；如价格调整，以第 5 条方式提前告知。
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan; any price change is notified in advance per Section 5.
依据中国《网络交易监督管理办法》，我们将在自动续费日期前 5 日以显著方式（如推送或邮件）提请您注意。
In accordance with PRC regulations on network transactions, we will draw your attention in a prominent manner (e.g., push notification or email) 5 days before each auto-renewal date.

APPLE STANDARD DISCLOSURE

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

04订阅管理与取消MANAGING & CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

订阅与自动续订由 Apple 统一管理。您可以在任意时间前往：App Store → 账户设置 → 订阅（macOS：打开 App Store 应用 → 点按您的姓名 → 账户设置 → 管理订阅）查看、更改或关闭自动续订。
Subscriptions and auto-renewal are managed by Apple. You may view, change or turn off auto-renewal at any time via App Store → Account Settings → Subscriptions (on macOS: open the App Store app → click your name → Account Settings → Manage Subscriptions).
关闭自动续订后，订阅将在当前周期（或试用期）结束时终止，当前已付费周期内服务不受影响；除法律另有规定外，已支付费用不予按比例退还。
After turning off auto-renewal, the subscription ends at the close of the current period (or trial); service remains available during the paid period. Except as required by law, paid fees are not prorated or refunded.
PureSpace 应用内无法直接取消订阅，取消操作须在 Apple 侧完成。
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled inside the PureSpace app; cancellation must be completed on the Apple side.
Pro 终身为一次性买断，无需取消；如需退款请按第 6 条办理。
Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase and requires no cancellation; for refunds, please follow the procedure in Section 6.

05价格调整PRICE CHANGES

如订阅价格调整，Apple 将在续订前通过您的 Apple ID 联系方式通知您；您在价格生效后继续使用服务的，视为接受新价格。若您不同意新价格，可在续订前关闭自动续订。前述安排仅适用于自动续费订阅；Pro 终身买断一经付款，后续不再因价格调整另行收费。

If the subscription price changes, Apple will notify you via your Apple ID contact details before renewal; continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree, you may turn off auto-renewal before the renewal. The foregoing applies only to auto-renewable subscriptions; once Lifetime is purchased, no further charge will be made for price changes.

06退款REFUNDS

订阅款项及终身买断款项均由 Apple 收取并结算。除法律另有强制性规定外，退款申请请通过 Apple 的退款渠道提交（reportaproblem.apple.com），我们将配合 Apple 处理。

Subscription and Lifetime payments are collected and settled by Apple. Except as mandatorily required by law, refund requests should be submitted through Apple's refund channel (reportaproblem.apple.com); we will cooperate with Apple in processing them.

07个人信息与隐私PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

PureSpace 的扫描、清理与卸载操作均在您的设备本地完成，无分析 SDK、无遥测、无云端规则同步。我们处理个人信息的方式以《隐私政策》为准（可在 App Store 产品页及应用内查看）。

Scanning, cleaning and uninstall operations in PureSpace run entirely on your device — no analytics SDK, no telemetry, no cloud rule sync. Our handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy (available on the App Store product page and within the app).

08协议变更与终止CHANGES & TERMINATION

我们可能适时修订本协议；重大变更将在生效前于应用内或续订前以合理方式通知。修订后您继续使用订阅服务的，视为接受修订后的协议。订阅因取消、到期或账户注销而终止的，不影响终止前已产生的权利义务。Pro 终身买断不因本协议修订而终止，您已获得的永久使用权不受影响。

We may revise this Agreement from time to time; material changes will be reasonably notified in-app or before renewal. Your continued use of the subscription after revision constitutes acceptance. Termination (by cancellation, expiry or account deletion) does not affect rights and obligations accrued before termination. Pro Lifetime is not terminated by revisions to this Agreement, and your perpetual right to use it remains unaffected.
